Join CBW in this 3 week 'Step by Step Refresh' Programme. The programme is about refreshing the mind and body. Through movement, tips on building long standing habits and having fun along the way. Once you join the programme you will have access to movement classes that are about getting the heart rate up, building strength and ensuring you are taking time to stretch. The programme has challenges throughout to keep you engaged and support your motivation. The programme is run through an online portal which you have access to for 4 weeks, and you can keep in touch with your coach throughout!
