Join CBW in this 3 week 'Step by Step Refresh' Programme. The programme is about refreshing the mind and body. Through movement, tips on building long standing habits and having fun along the way.

This is our newest programme. This 6 week programme has 18 workouts, including cardio, resistance and stretch sessions. With coaching along the way to help and support motivation and habit building. Its a programme to support you home and away.
